AKG Management Inc. acted on behalf of their client to convert an old downtown single family property into a seven unit apartment building. The scope included removing all existing services, the roof, electrical/mechanical systems, underpinning and the reconstruction of a high end apartment building with efficient windows, insulation and electrical/mechanical systems.
