AKG Management Inc. is an Ottawa based company who is a leading Project Management and Development firm. We provide comprehensive project management, land development and construction management services to building and land owners, project owners, project sponsors, developers and more. We stay up to date with advancements in new building technologies and environmental standards to ensure our clients’ projects are efficiently completed.
Our services are tailored to the project scope. Our management services include managing all phases of a project from inception to completion. This involves mitigating risks while managing the planning, costing, and scheduling of the entire project. We can act as the project manager and/or construction manager on the project. Our development services include investigating the economic feasibility, zoning, and management of our client’s projects.

Tony
Kazarian
P.Eng, Founder & President of AKG Management Inc.
Tony has over 30 years of construction, project management and development experience. He has personally managed and successfully completed over 2.5 million square feet of construction projects in excess of $500 million, including residential developments, hospitals, healthcare facilities, long-term care facilities, correctional institutions, commercial and retail spaces, recreational community centres, schools and government buildings. During these years Tony has acted as a developer/owner, a director of construction and planning, a vice president of operations for a general contractor, a senior project manager representing the client and a senior project manager representing the general contractor. His diverse background is advantageous as he has a unique understanding of the challenges and concerns faced by other members of the project team.
Tony personally provides executive support for each AKG Management Inc. project and guarantees services are provided with the utmost quality. Tony’s involvement with an extensive list of projects and his experience working with clients with a wide range of backgrounds and levels allows him to excel in delivering his client’s requirements. Tony has the problem solving capabilities and experience to manage complex and innovative projects.
Tony has earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and a Project Management Certificate from McGill University.
