AKG Management Inc. is acting on behalf of their client to assemble a project team and to manage the restoration project of the contaminated 440,000 sq.-ft building which has been unoccupied since a 2016 fire left a hole in the building’s roof. The building has been decontaminated during Phase I of the project, Phase II involves repairing the building envelope and Phase III will involve reinstating the life safety of systems.
