AKG Management Inc. was awarded the contract and converted a 60 year-old, 5,000 sq.-ft commercial building into a modern clinical space. The scope included mold remediation, interior demolition, new partitions, flooring, millwork, new roof, new sealed windows, curtain wall, refinishing the building envelope and replacing and upgrading the mechanical and electrical systems.
